Description

In Provisioning archive there should be another column (or at least in a detail an information) with the date and time of the creation of the request. Now ther is only "Created" column which says when was the request resolved and the archive record created.

I've preserved creation date from provisioning operation and is shown in archive table and detail now. Newly filled modified date in archive is used as archived date (operation was executed, canceled or exception was logged). I've added change script to fill modified (archived) date by created date for exist archive records (prevent to sort by null values) and configure this column in default sort (=> last executed archives are shown on the first page).

Flyway script works perfectly. Also different column name for archive and provisioning queue is good idea. Both columns are filled correctly. Thank you good feature.
