"Entire" identity-roles page was redesigned:
- Button for change permissions was moved upper and is show on both tabs.
- New refresh button was added. This button refresh all tables (direct-roles, sub-roles, requests, wf-process).
- Table for show concept only was removed.
- Request table show concept now.
