Provisioning: create LRT for delete old provisioning archive

Description
Create LRT for delete archived provisioning operations. Parameter:
- number of days - archived operations older than given will be deleted (90 by default)
- result state (EXECUTED by default)
- delete only empty operations - delete only the operations which had empty attributes sent to resource. will be added after #1393

Could you maybe add a parameter "delete only empty operations" = delete only the operations which had empty attributes sent to resource.
This would be quite useful in production use.

Good job. The last your update is very helpful. In help block are all result models that is possible use and filtering by system is also very useful.
