I rewrite all places where was created identity roles by automatic role and now is this created by concepts and request. Request is started by your new method. All tests pass.

I did test and review, it works and code is nice, thx!
I checked behavior, when business role with a lot of sub roles is assigned by automatic role and just one request and provisioning is executed.
