Refresh SelectBox component dynamically

Description
When force filter for SelectBox component changes, then reload options is needed.

I've rewrite select box asynchronous loading to our method - instead using Select.Async. Refresh options is posiblle now - used in identity contract detail.
We schould rewrite EnumSelect box too in future.
Please review and retest my changes.
