Description

If system mapping on role is deleted now, then Bulk operation for execute ACM does not remove accounts.
- Cause is in optimalization, whne we don't want execute ACM for role without system.
- Solution could be new validation forbidden delete the system mapping, when some account is exists.

Bulk operation for role ACM will be supported check this invalid state and correct it.

I found bug in the ACM. In the case when:

- Role assing SystemOne.
- This system is assigned to user.
- Then same role start assigning SystemTwo.
- Then we execute the ACM for user -> but second relation on systemTwo will be not created.

Fixed.

Test created too.
