Scheduler start by other task - can't select task with the similar description

Description
Version: 9.4.0
Setup:- Create two tasks with long description. The description of both tasks starts with the same string.
- Click to Add a new scheduled start by "Other task"
- Only the first task with the long description can be selected in the select box. The second task is unavailable to select.

I found out that the other task can be in fact selected, only the choice isn't activated when the mouse hovers over it.
It would be better to display the whole description of the task in this select box (just like whole names of roles are displayed in other select boxes). It would help scheduling the tasks and it could maybe fix this issue as well.

I improved select box with scheduled tasks - now is shown whole description and parameters too (even tasks with the same configuration can be selected).

I reviewed it. In the selectbox are really all informations now (maybe too much, but this depends on the point of view). It looks nice, thanks for that.
