Agenda for login audit was created, but there still exists some usecases that isn't check eq: identity was created via synchronization and after first login to idm is created password with inromation about created password and I'm not able filtering this situation as successful/failed login :(

But the bigger issues is that password change isn't audited, I must create new controller and frontend manager and service for password history records :(

New agenda is almost done, but there is still some problem with show global agenda with login information for all users.

The issue with global agenda for successful and failed login can be solved with change query for audit reader. Commit and documentation links can be found in ticket: #1498
