This option to create a new user on the manager's Subordinates tab (unlike from a general list of "all" users" - Users menu) is quite misleading. One would expect that a user thus created is automatically placed in my structure, and some sort of relationship between the user and I is created. But this is not so.
Possibly I'm missing some special authorizations, what would they be then?

Button on the subordinates tab was a simple shortcut to create "standard" identity (then contract can be specified etc.) - I've hidden this button to prevent misunderstanding :)
Note: The test scenario should be removed at all - we don't have feature as creating direct subordinate in IdM - this could be solved in future by identity templates feature.
Note: We have task queue "Defect" - prefix 'Bug: ' in title is not needed (I've update it + version + category).

Alright, I remove this scenario from the stack of tests.
Hiding the button is OK I guess, for the moment.
This feature would be nice to have, as it would cut down on a lot of clicking.
I think creating a user in such a way that they are automatically placed within the manager's same tree structure and unit, with the manager being able to see the created identity, would be helpful.

I agree, it will be nice, but it's a different story :)
Hiding the button is already implemented, Vitek, could you do a feedback, please?
