Description
Hide dashboards without data - just dashboards with flowable data (LRT, requests, tasks)

I did review and this feature works correctly.
Improvment for next version: I have only one UX problem. If all tables are empty, then only uncolored buttons are rendered and in this case is dashboard very sad.
