Description
"Quick" buttons on the dashboard content is hard coded now. Support the same registration mechanism as for the dashboard component and implement buttons:
- disable identity manually
- enable identity manually

Registration mechanism for identity dashboard buttons is implemented.
Two new buttons for enable / disable identity manually are implemented (IDENTITY_UPDATE permission is needed). Look out: this buttons are not rendered on the self identity dashboard - that would be a little surprising, when logged identity disable herself and is logged out immediately :)

Now is possible to create "quick" button in custom module.

This is awesome feature. Permissions and button works. We are allowed register projspec buttons now!
Documentation with described whole process create new button is also awesome.
