Description
Please support a new option "Verify unique email" in the standard email generator.
The functionality should be the same as in the standard username generator.
This option should be true by default; there are not many use-cases where we want non-unique email address.

I did review and tested it. Generator works nice. I predicate this generator will be good candidat for using in the IdM install wizard.
