Control of personal attributes in password policy doesn't work

Control of occurrence of personal attributes in password does not work.
Tested on versions 8.1 & 9.3

I check controlled attributes in password policy and for me it is working correctly. See gif:
I checked only version 9.3.0 and current develop. But not version 8.1.0. For version 8.1.0 I must create new enviroment, it will be little complicated for me. Could you please checked the behavior again?
Feature check identity attribute is still same as before :(

Ok Petr Michal answer me via slack that he has all configuration correctly setup, so I must tested las version 8.1.0

So I confirm the bug, after refactor and add feature prevalidation this feature works only for equals not for contains. This must be fixed.

I fixed broken behavior and also add check to attribute with and without accent. Petr please I updated behavior by your request, could please check and do feedback? Thank you.

Just maybe would be useful to extend the feature on personal number. What do you think?

Its good idea. It is possible implement this feature in next release (eq 9.5.0)?
