Generate default eav values for role concepts and role identity

Description
For #1377 is needed create generators that generates default values for EAVs. Default eav generator can't be used.

Both generators are init during application start.

I did review and test. Work nice. I only completed the localization.
Thanks for this feature, that is very helpful for my "attributes of assigned roles".
