Password generation policy can be set as default validation policy.

Description
We can set password generation policy as default validation policy.
I found out that the administrator on one project set up this. Because generation policy was configured as really user-friendly, this has led to problems.
Do we really want to have this option?

Is this only about text in label? Because for now isn't possible set/use password policy for generating as password policy for validation.

other password policies is used only for systems (when system doesn't have password policy is used default generation/validation policy).
