Description

version 8.0.0.

I removed automatic role from organization
1) Progress bar was displayed, but it was empty without any progress for whole time
2) Role was gradually removed from users. For all users a got notification about successful provisionig.
3) Nothing could be done in IdM until it was removed from all users due to displayed progress bar.
4) When role was removed from all users, I got notification, that role will be removed asynchronously by long running task.

When new approving of automatic roles was added, then removing automatic roles was changed to be synchronous. I've fixed it - it's asynchronous again.

I did review and test. It works nicely. I tried to remove automatic role with approving WF and also this case works.
