Automatic deploy workflow definitions

Description
Now must be workflow definitions deploy manualy.
We need automatic deploy all definitions after start aplication.
- Important ... We need deploy only changed definitions.
- Status changed from New to In Progress
Done. Finally, I used spring boot configurations (does not worked for long time .. bad property and wildcat issue).
- After every start will be found all bpmn20.xml files, under directory "/eu/bcvsolutions/idm/core/workflow/".
- Only changed files will be deployed.
- Status changed from In Progress to Needs feedback
- Assignee changed from Vít Švanda to Ondřej Kopr
- Status changed from Needs feedback to Resolved
- Assignee changed from Ondřej Kopr to Vít Švanda
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Feedbacks:
- Try to start with no wf definitions - OK,
- after shutdown try edit and save two wf definitions, reload is OK.
Every thing is OK.
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
