Affected version: 7.8.3

I want to add authorities to userRole so the user can implement virtual account requests.
I added the authorities:
  • VsRequest - all - VsRequestByImplementerEvaluator
  • VsAccount - Read, View in select box - BasePermissionEvaluator
  • VsSystemImplementer - Read, View in select box - BasePermissionEvaluator

When I log in as an implementer who has one virtual request, the list of requests can't be reloaded with the following error:

This is really strange.
I tested this locally on some random user 123456, the userRole is configured according to https://wiki.czechidm.com/devel/dev/security/authorization?s[]=authorities#default_settings_of_permissions_for_an_identity_profile, added authorities for subordinates and the authorities in the ticket description.
1) Logged in as the user 123456, the error SQLGrammarException was displayed
2) I assigned the superAdminRole to 123456. When I logged as 123456, I saw all his virtual requests correctly
3) I removed the superAdminRole from 123456. I logged in as user 123456 and excpected to see the error. But suddenly VS requests were displayed correctly!

I am not able simulate the problem.
I trying it on the empty DB.
My use case:
Under admin:
  1. On "userRole" I added permissions for VS modul (same as in the ticket).
  2. On "userRole" I added permission for identity (subordinatesEvaluator).
  3. Create user "UserInVs01"
  4. Create user "VsRealizator01". This user is sets as manager for "UserInVs01" (via tree structure).
  5. Create virtual system and role (RoleWithVs01) witch assign him. As realizator is sets "VsRealizator01".
  6. Assign role "RoleWithVs01" to the user "UserInVs" -> VS request is generated.
  7. Log as "VsRealizator01" -> I see correct one VS request.

What is "wrong" in my usecase?
Do you have complete trace for this error?

I could simulate it now when I logged in as different user 010590 who doesn't have any role assigned. He isn't the implementer, so he should see empty table in "Requests on virtual systems". An error is displayed, please see the screenshot.

Strangely, when I assigned one role to the user 010590, the table is displayed without any error. (The assigned role was some test role without any permissions.)

When I remove the role from the user, the error is displayed again. The behaviour is the same in Firefox and in Chrome.

I think issue is in 'VsRequestByImplementerEvaluator#getPredicate' method, where 'IN' clause on empty 'roles' is used.

It starts to make a sense. I found this error 4 weeks ago. But I fixed it only in branch. Yesterday I tested it on this branch (shame on my). This is reason why I cannot simulated this.

I made review and merged this fix into branch hotfix/7.8.4.

I'm possible show request to virtual server without any role and also approve and disprove request without role (permission was approving is on userRole).
