Detect and display conflicting settings in synchronization (custom filter)

Description
It would be nice if user was notified if "Use custom filter" option is checked, but synchronization is configured as reconciliation (custom filter wont be used). We should also display some message when filter is configured, but "Use custom filter" is not checked (or do not allow user to configure filter until they check the checkbox).

As there was demanded, user is now not allowed to set up custom filter parameters if it is not enabled. User is also notified that custom filter won't be used if both custom filter and reconciliation are enabled.
